Job description:

Days: Monday to Friday
Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
The Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of designated areas, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
  • Adhere to procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Notify the Manager of any minor or major repairs needed for building operations.
  • Foster effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.
  • Move cabinets, boxes, and furniture to facilitate cleaning, using hand trucks as necessary.
  • Clean interior glass surfaces, including windows and mirrors, using appropriate cleaning materials.
  • Wash and replace blinds as needed.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow.
  • Wipe and clean surfaces in food service areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and supplies in restrooms.
