Stay Dog Rentals is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Arcadia, MI. The position requires availability exclusively on Sundays. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, practical, and adaptable, capable of efficiently and precisely handling a variety of cleaning tasks. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our rental properties, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, and bathrooms.
  • Manage trash receptacles by emptying them, replacing liners, and cleaning windows, while also upholding cleanliness in common areas.
  • Stock supplies and stage properties as necessary.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Property Manager.
  • Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the properties.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists diligently.

Qualifications:

  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication and listening skills are required.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
