Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions protocols to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is essential.
  • Ability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and engage in standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Competence in performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Familiarity with working around cleaning products is necessary.
  • Capability to follow both oral and written instructions while executing daily responsibilities.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
