### Responsibilities:
– Perform daily housekeeping duties, including thorough cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
– Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas in compliance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
– Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
– Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
– Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests by delivering exceptional customer service.
– Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

### Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, though not mandatory.
– Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
– Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
– Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull similar weights, and engage in prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
– Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
– Willingness to work in proximity to cleaning products.
– Competence in following both oral and written instructions daily.
– Residency within the service area is required.
