Basic Job Functions:

  • Retrieve and manage urgent spare parts through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and warehousing systems.
  • Input work order data into CMMS consistently during each shift.
  • Provide essential data for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Monitor shift KPIs for technical group leads.
  • Maintain records of preventative maintenance and other relevant data to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Oversee the return-to-stock process and manage internal and external third-party logistics, ensuring accurate data entry and collaboration with shipping for effective part movement.
  • Organize and maintain line-side spare parts cabinets while ensuring compliance with system protocols.
  • Assist in the upkeep of maintenance areas, including the shop, spare parts staging areas, and valve rebuild zones.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and uphold housekeeping standards.

Education/Experience:

  • An Associate degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Prior data entry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with CMMS is advantageous but not required.

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of following directions, identifying issues, and developing collaborative solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the movement of spare parts between operations and warehousing to minimize downtime associated with logistical challenges.
  • Maintain organization within line-side spare parts cabinets, enhancing machine availability through readiness.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of work order data for improved reporting integrity.
  • Organize and maintain spare parts areas to provide visibility into parts rebuilds and requirements.
  • Enhance reporting accuracy at the maintenance and engineering technician levels during shifts.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary Range:

US Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to 12 hours per day.
