Job description:
Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join a leading Quality Improvement Consulting Company. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will support both internal and external clients across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and surveys of long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work is mandatory.
- Completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training along with successful passage of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) is required.
- A minimum of two years of recent experience as a surveyor focused on accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW is essential.
- Proven independent decision-making skills to effectively manage the survey process.
- Ability to prioritize tasks both independently and collaboratively during survey activities.
- Strong communication skills to discuss conflicts openly and seek assistance for decision-making and conflict resolution.
