Job Title: CNC Operator- 1st Shift – Experienced

Company: Production Saw & Machine

Location: Clarklake, MI

Pay: $15.5 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.50 to $18.00 for a CNC Operator position in Clarklake, MI, appears to be on the lower side of industry standards. Typically, CNC Operators with experience in the U.S. can earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on the region and specific skill sets required. While cost of living in Michigan may affect compensation, the offered range may not fully reflect the expertise expected for an “experienced” role. Therefore, this pay scale could be seen as less competitive compared to similar positions in the area, potentially impacting the company’s ability to attract skilled candidates.
