How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Leverage claims management expertise to analyze claims exposure and litigation, determine the proper course of action, and facilitate appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain extensive interactions with various stakeholders involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients, demonstrating empathy throughout each stage of the claims process.
  • Administer claims in alignment with clients’ and corporate policies, procedures, and best practices, adhering to statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Document and communicate claim activities promptly and efficiently to support the overall outcome of the claim file.

Potential Candidates Should Have:

  • Background in claims management, specifically Bodily Injury and Commercial Auto/Trucking.
  • Jurisdictional experience across the country.
  • Active Adjusters’ licenses in Texas and Florida.

As a Key Member of Our Claims Adjuster Team, You Will:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto Bodily Injury claims, applying analytical skills to make informed decisions and reach resolutions.
  • Collaborate with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
  • Employ critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization to optimally serve client needs.

About You:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant claims experience.
