Base pay will be determined based on the applicant’s skills and experience, and the role also offers eligibility for team-based bonus opportunities. Responsibilities:
The position provides critical support to the Executive Director and/or Manager of Sales and Marketing in all facets of the community’s sales and marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering telephone calls, addressing inquiries, or directing calls to the appropriate associate; placing outgoing calls as needed.
- Welcoming visitors, determining the nature of their business, and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Conducting community tours for prospective residents and their families, promoting the community positively, and communicating the company’s values.
- Typing, editing, producing, and distributing a variety of documents, including general correspondence, memoranda, statistical reports, and presentation materials as requested.
- Compiling data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
- Filing and copying correspondence and other records.
- Entering and assigning new leads in the marketing database system.
- Occasionally representing the community at marketing and community events.
- Assisting in event planning, coordination, and setup.
- Engaging in community outreach activities.
- Completing all assigned paperwork as required.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, along with one to three years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This role requires making routine decisions based on established guidelines with limited independent judgment. Problems are typically resolved through clear, defined protocols or by reporting them to a supervisor.
Knowledge and Skills:
