Job Title: Compassionate HHA Needed

Company: Home Instead Senior Care

Location: Jenera, OH

Pay: $14 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $17 for a “Compassionate HHA Needed” role in Jenera, OH, is somewhat below the national average for home health aides, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and location. In Ohio, wages for HHAs can vary widely, but many positions tend to offer compensation on the higher end due to the growing demand for caregivers. While the proposed rate may be competitive within a local context, it may not fully align with industry standards or reflect the skills and compassion required for the position, potentially leading to challenges in attracting qualified candidates.

Job description:
The role of a Home Instead Care Professional is integral to enhancing the lives of seniors and making a meaningful impact in the community. Comprehensive training—available in classroom settings, online, and through in-home instruction—ensures that all Care Professionals are knowledgeable in all aspects of senior care.

The requirements for becoming a Care Professional include:

– A commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
– Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients in a friendly manner
– Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness
– Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
– Possession of a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
– Must be at least 18 years of age
