Job Description
Job Title: Concierge | Radisson Plaza Hotel | PT
Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Concierge position at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo, MI, appears to be below the typical pay range for similar roles in the hospitality industry. Nationally, concierge positions often command between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and location. While regional variations can influence rates, Kalamazoo’s cost of living is moderate, suggesting that a $14 per hour wage may not be competitive, particularly for roles that often require strong customer service skills and knowledge of local attractions. Overall, this rate may struggle to attract qualified candidates looking for fair compensation in line with industry standards.
