GardaWorld Security Services is actively seeking a professional and dedicated Concierge Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer in a Concierge role, you will play a vital part in cultivating meaningful relationships while ensuring a safe and secure environment. In this position, customer service is of paramount importance, as you will interact with clients and visitors across various settings, including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Key Offerings:

  • Schedule: Part-time, Saturday and Sunday 1st Shift, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Responsibilities of the Concierge Security Officer:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and offering guidance.
  • Manage access control effectively.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks.
  • Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency personnel.
  • Address inquiries in person and via phone.
  • Prepare incident reports and communicate security concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
