GardaWorld Security Services is currently seeking a Concierge Security Officer.

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will prioritize exceptional customer service while interacting with people across various settings, including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

What We Offer:

• Location: Columbus, Ohio
• Schedule: Part-time, Saturday and Sunday, 1st Shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through welcoming, identity verification, and visitor guidance.
• Manage access control effectively.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Address inquiries in person or via phone.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Safeguard individuals and property.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Possess a state license if required.
