We are Suser Restaurant Group, consisting of Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella’s Table, and Union 212 Banquet Hall, all situated in the scenic lakes area of Oakland County. We are currently seeking a highly organized Catering Coordinator to oversee our catering and events facility. The responsibilities of the Catering Coordinator will include warmly welcoming guests, coordinating event décor, planning events, communicating with our chefs, maintaining inventory, supervising event staff, and ensuring compliance with all sanitation and health regulations.
To excel in this role, you should possess a personable demeanor, a passion for customer service, strong networking abilities, outstanding organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.
Catering Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate all events per an established timeline to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all catering supplies, both on-site and off-site.
- Manage staffing schedules and labor costs to optimize operations.
- Greet and assist all guests in a courteous and timely manner.

Catering Coordinator Requirements:
