Job description:

As a Cosmetic Merchandiser, you will engage in project-based assignments aimed at enhancing the visual appeal of cosmetic products, graphics, and displays to attract and captivate shoppers. You will foster strong relationships with store managers, ensuring optimal availability of cosmetic products at competitive prices. While our corporate headquarters is located in Tampa, FL, we are actively hiring nationwide.

  • Manage heavy parts-ordering tasks
  • Cultivate robust relationships with colleagues and store managers
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of projects
  • Provide thorough and prompt daily reporting
  • Maintain excellent attendance
  • Complete retailer-specific online certifications

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience is preferred
  • Experience in merchandising and/or fixture installation is advantageous
  • Background in cosmetics or grocery is a plus
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and follow directions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with plan-o-grams is beneficial
  • Capability to cross-reference multiple documents
  • Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking
