Job Title: Culinary Aide in Assisted Living

Company: Brethren Care Village

Location: Ashland, OH

Pay: $12 – 13.8 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $13.80 for a Culinary Aide in Assisted Living in Ashland, OH, appears to be somewhat competitive but may fall slightly below the national average. Typically, culinary aides in assisted living facilities earn between $13 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and location. Given that Ashland is a smaller city with a lower cost of living compared to major urban areas, the rates might be reasonable locally; however, they may still struggle to attract talent if neighboring regions offer higher compensation. Overall, while the rate is within the lower end of the expected range, increasing it could enhance competitiveness and employee retention.
