Job Title: Culinary Supervisor, Little Caesars Arena

Company: Delaware North

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $18 – 20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 – $20 for a Culinary Supervisor at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit is relatively competitive but varies depending on several factors, including experience, specific responsibilities, and the local cost of living. According to industry standards, culinary supervisors in similar venues or roles typically earn between $20 to $25 per hour, particularly in urban settings with higher living costs. Given that Detroit has a somewhat lower cost of living compared to other major cities, the offered rate might be appealing for entry-level applicants or those with limited experience, but it may fall short for more seasoned professionals seeking competitive compensation. Overall, while the pay is within a reasonable range, enhancing it could attract a wider pool of qualified candidates.
