Job description:

This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive cleaning of building facilities, performing minor maintenance and repairs, as well as ensuring the upkeep of floors and restrooms. Additionally, snow removal duties will be required as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Familiarity with general cleaning procedures, such as dust mopping, damp mopping, wall cleaning, carpet shampooing, and univent filter cleaning is essential. Proficient in using various tools, including rotary machines, high-speed buffers, wet/dry vacuums, upright vacuums, power mowers and trimmers, and shovels. Ability to lift objects for unloading trucks and moving furniture and school equipment is necessary. Experience in performing minor repairs and maintenance and providing routine care for equipment utilized in a school setting is required, along with the capability to identify and address cleaning, maintenance, or safety issues.
