Position Overview:
The Customer Logistics Manager will oversee daily operations within an assigned function and is accountable for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This role includes leadership of direct reports and driving the achievement of daily operational goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations
  • Oversee performance management and development for exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage planning and scheduling on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure Health and Safety Management practices are upheld
  • Comply with state, local, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field required
  • At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and logistics industry knowledge
  • Comprehensive understanding of local and federal regulations
