Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, ensuring each customer experiences the highest standard of service. Your duties will encompass:
– Answering incoming calls and initiating outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
– Proficiently navigating both Windows-based and web-based systems to efficiently track routes and optimize scheduling (comprehensive training will be provided).
– Utilizing knowledge gained during training to minimize technician drive time and recommend alternative routes when necessary.
– Employing attentive listening skills and probing questions to ascertain customer concerns and evaluate their needs.
– Regularly updating and maintaining the customer database with accurate information, including call details, dispositions, payments, and outcomes.
– Promptly rescheduling any unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
– Engaging in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives.
– Protecting customer privacy and safeguarding proprietary information.
