As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will be the welcoming face that brings the Wawa experience to life by engaging with and serving our customers. Our CSAs proudly uphold a beloved brand that prioritizes people, ethical practices, and daily moments of joy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers to address their needs efficiently and courteously.
  • Prepare a variety of food items including breakfast offerings, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining an organized and clean coffee station.
  • Operate the cash register, manage payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age verification for restricted products.
  • Ensure our stores are well-stocked, with fresh and inviting shelves.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety by adhering to established policies and guidelines.
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying garbage.
