DOMINO’S PIZZA CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative position at Domino’s Pizza will possess a positive demeanor and a clear, energetic voice. As central points of contact, Customer Service Representatives engage with customers throughout their shifts, requiring agility in handling various customer-related inquiries and concerns. An in-depth knowledge of our products, services, pricing, and other relevant information is critical to effectively assist customers as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Standing: Most tasks will be performed while standing on walking surfaces that include ceramic tile and linoleum. Work surfaces are typically between 36" to 48" high.

Walking: Occasionally required for short distances.

Sitting: Paperwork will generally be completed while seated at a desk or table.
