North Winds Heating & Cooling is proud to serve the Greater Lansing area with an extensive range of heating and cooling services. We prioritize treating our customers and team members like family. We are currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and effectively. This role necessitates strong communication capabilities, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in office tasks, phone systems, and Microsoft applications is highly desired, including outbound calling to clients to maintain a complete schedule.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
  • Utilize software to enter customer data and deliver accurate information.
  • Assist in coordinating the schedules of technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records through diligent data entry, ensuring all information is current.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support for logistics operations to ensure the smooth execution of services.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Scale: Starting at $22/hour

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.

  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
