Job Summary
The position requires availability from 6 AM to 2 PM, with both full-time and part-time options available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Perform all front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phones in a friendly and helpful manner while assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Checking member IDs and barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating the sign-up process for new members.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Assisting with necessary updates to member accounts.
– Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, elevating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as necessary.
– Helping to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
– Monitoring the safety and hygiene of all club areas.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Restocking locker rooms with essential supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
– Customer service experience is preferred.
– Basic computer proficiency is required.
