Customer Service Representative

Gorjanc Home Services is a distinguished, family-owned business with over 60 years of expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team.

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers over the phone, assisting with job bookings, follow-ups, product and service sales, and addressing basic customer inquiries.

Pay Range:
$18.00/hr. – $24.00/hr. (commensurate with experience)

Work Schedule:
We are looking to fill two positions, each covering separate shifts. One shift will run from Friday to Monday for 4 days at 10 hours each or a rotating schedule that includes every other Saturday along with weekdays.

Daily Duties:

  • Transform incoming customer calls into scheduled service appointments.
  • Deliver call scripts in an authentic and engaging manner; communicate clearly, compellingly, and personally.
  • Address customer requests, resolve issues promptly, and promote Gorjanc Home Services.
  • Exhibit professionalism and foster customer relationships, encouraging repeat business.
  • Participate in training aimed at increasing booked calls and practicing outbound calling.
  • Follow the company’s strategy for swiftly and favorably resolving customer complaints.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with precise and comprehensive information.

Skill Requirements:
