Job description:
Full-time and part-time positions are available. The shift operates from 2 PM to 10 PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk activities, which include but are not limited to:
– Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Conducting ID checks and processing member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Leading tours of the club for prospective members.
– Processing updates to members’ accounts as necessary.
– Handling member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, and escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when appropriate.
– Assisting in maintaining the club’s cleanliness and organization.
– Monitoring for the safety of individuals and the tidiness of the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly turning in any lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
– A background in customer service is preferred.
– Basic computer proficiency is required.
