Job description:

This full-time position requires availability to work one weekend day, with shifts scheduled from 12 PM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, and/or 3 PM to 11 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform all front desk-related activities, including but not limited to:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
    • Verifying ID and member barcodes in the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
    • Assisting with necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as needed.
    • Contributing to the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
    • Monitoring safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
    • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
    • Stocking locker rooms with appropriate supplies.
    • Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
    • Following the "Lost and Found Policy" by turning in lost property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.
