Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing matters.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about their insurance options.
- Maintain an organized and well-equipped office environment to effectively meet customer needs and promote relevant products.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—as well as strong listening abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
