Join Our Team as a Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you are integral to our hotel, embodying a passion for exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to clean guest rooms daily following hotel standards, conduct deep cleaning activities, and manage preventative maintenance tasks, all aimed at ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment. Maintain the appearance of lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring everything sparkles, from carpets to furniture. Organize and stock housekeeping carts to maximize efficiency. Replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks when required, including changing air conditioning filters and touching up paint.

  • Guest Service & Communication: Promptly address guest requests and deliver items with a friendly demeanor. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.

  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety and respect of guest and hotel property. Safeguard sensitive areas and adhere to safe work practices to prevent potential injuries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with both guests and team members.
