About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $14.12 – $18.34 per hour. The role is located at our store in Cincinnati at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent, exceptional guest service by:
  • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and guide them in creating meal solutions
  • Maintaining product knowledge and familiarity with weekly specials to assist guests across departments
  • Creating an inviting shopping experience by merchandising and restocking products, while ensuring guest assistance
  • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
  • Accurately receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
  • Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while maintaining high product quality
  • Presenting oneself in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards

Availability:
Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
