About the Position:
We are seeking team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End operations. This position offers a pay range of $14.12 to $18.34 per hour and is based in Cincinnati at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist in meal preparations

    • Creating a welcoming shopping environment through effective merchandising and stocking of products, while ensuring guest assistance
    • Safeguarding store cleanliness by gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and undertaking general housekeeping duties
    • Receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
    • Preparing and slicing a variety of meats and cheeses, as well as convenient meal solutions, while maintaining product quality levels
  • Present yourself in a professional manner by adhering to uniform standards

Availability:
Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
