About the Position:
We seek adaptable team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $14.12 – $16.23 per hour. This role is based in Kenwood, Cincinnati, at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service by:
- Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist them in creating meal solutions.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and weekly promotions to effectively support guests.
- Curating a welcoming shopping environment through diligent merchandising and stocking of products while attending to guest needs.
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
- Accurately receiving and stocking goods in alignment with The Fresh Market standards.
- Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions, ensuring product quality remains high.
- Present yourself professionally, adhering to uniform standards.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work in our Deli.
