Position Overview:
We are searching for team members who are versatile and can contribute across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and the Front-End. This position offers a pay range of $14.12 to $18.34 per hour and is based in Cincinnati at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist them in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and weekly promotional items to effectively assist guests across departments
    • Creating a welcoming shopping environment through effective merchandising and stock management while ensuring guests receive assistance
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties within the store
    • Receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
    • Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal options throughout the day while ensuring quality product levels
  • Presenting oneself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for Deli positions
