About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $14.12 – $18.34 per hour. This position is located in Cincinnati at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in crafting meal solutions
    • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and assisting guests across departments
    • Creating a welcoming shopping experience through effective merchandising and stocking
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties
    • Properly receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
    • Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while maintaining quality levels
    • Presenting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to uniform standards

Availability:
This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for positions in the Deli
