Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties are essential to fulfill the role; additional tasks may be assigned as necessary. This position entails delivering superior customer service daily, exceeding typical customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include pulling tires in accordance with customer orders, loading delivery vehicles, checking delivery accuracy, and efficiently routing deliveries. Additionally, the role requires the completion and return of necessary forms, handling invoices and transfers, and ensuring all paperwork is managed correctly.

When not engaged in deliveries, the employee will unload shipments, pull orders, and perform various warehouse duties. Safety regulations must be observed at all times. It is essential to relay pertinent information to management in a timely manner and respond courteously to customer inquiries or direct them to a manager when further information is required. Timely and professional delivery of customer orders is crucial, as is compliance with vehicle safety procedures. This includes accurately initialing all cash invoices and adhering to cash handling protocols, as well as completing return forms and verifying invoices diligently.

The employee will also conduct weekly vehicle checks and perform routine maintenance checks as needed. If non-routine repairs or maintenance are required, the manager must be informed promptly. Daily vehicle cleanup is expected, along with stocking tires in the appropriate order and assisting with loading and unloading tasks.

Facility maintenance, including housekeeping responsibilities, is part of the role. Professionalism, courtesy, and proactive engagement with customers, vendors, and colleagues are paramount. The successful candidate will accurately follow oral and written instructions, collaborate effectively within a team under deadlines, and maintain high-quality work with attention to detail. Qualifications:
