SUMMARY
The position entails fulfilling customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a punctual, efficient, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Deliver exceptional customer service daily, consistently exceeding expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Pull tires as per customer orders, load them into delivery vehicles, and ensure accuracy in deliveries by checking all items against invoices and efficiently routing them. Accurately complete and return all necessary forms, including invoices and transfers, and manage all related paperwork meticulously. In the absence of pending deliveries, assist with order pulling and general warehouse duties.

Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations at all times and promptly communicate relevant information to management. Address customer inquiries courteously or escalate to management when further assistance is required. Ensure timely delivery of customer orders in a professional manner, strictly adhering to assigned delivery routes, and maintain communication with management from customer locations as needed.

Demonstrate responsibility by departing from customer locations promptly after deliveries. Follow vehicle safety procedures consistently, initialing cash invoices clearly, and adhering to established cash handling protocols. Complete return forms accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all invoices are verified and recorded correctly. Conduct weekly vehicle checks and routine maintenance as needed, promptly reporting any non-routine repairs or maintenance required to company vehicles. Maintain daily vehicle cleanliness and ensure accurate stocking of tires to fulfill orders while assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles.

Contribute to facility maintenance, including housekeeping responsibilities, while consistently demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and proactive engagement with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Accurately and efficiently follow both oral and written instructions, collaborating effectively with others to meet tight deadlines. Produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail, adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with attendance and punctuality guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
