Accurately addresses customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities are essential to the role; additional duties may be assigned. Provide exceptional customer service that surpasses standard expectations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

  • Accurately pull tires according to customer orders and load them into delivery vehicles.
  • Verify delivery accuracy and efficiently route deliveries.
  • Complete and return necessary forms, handling invoices, transfers, and all related paperwork accurately.
  • Unload deliveries, pull orders, and perform various warehouse duties as needed when not engaged in deliveries.
  • Follow safety regulations diligently and relay pertinent information to the manager promptly.
  • Answer customer inquiries courteously or refer them to management for further assistance.
  • Ensure prompt and effective delivery of customer orders, adhering strictly to assigned delivery tasks.
  • Maintain adherence to vehicle safety procedures at all times, and legibly initial cash invoices.
  • Follow correct cash handling practices and complete return forms accurately and timely.
  • Verify and finalize invoices accurately, documenting all relevant information.
  • Conduct weekly vehicle checks and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate any non-routine repair or maintenance needs to the manager and perform daily vehicle clean-up.
  • Pull the correct tires to fill orders and maintain organized tire inventory.
  • Engage in facility maintenance, including housekeeping and general upkeep responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity when interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Follow both oral and written instructions with precision and work effectively as part of a team under time constraints, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance guidelines, and proactively seek training opportunities, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
