Accurately fulfills customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties are essential, although additional responsibilities may be assigned.

• Provide exceptional customer service daily, surpassing typical customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Pull tires according to customer orders and load orders into delivery vehicles.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and route them effectively.
• Complete and return forms, handling invoices, transfers, and all related paperwork diligently.
• Unload deliveries, pull orders, and perform other warehouse duties in the absence of pending deliveries.

Adhere to all necessary safety regulations consistently and relay relevant information to management in a timely manner. Address customer inquiries courteously or refer them to management when further information is required.

Deliver customer orders promptly and conduct deliveries in a professional manner. Execute assigned deliveries exclusively and maintain communication with management from customer locations as necessary.

Depart from customer locations promptly after deliveries. Follow vehicle safety protocols rigorously, initial cash invoices legibly, and adhere to established cash handling procedures. Complete return forms accurately and in a timely fashion.

Verify and finalize invoices correctly, documenting all pertinent information. Carry out transfers appropriately and conduct weekly vehicle checks, performing routine maintenance as needed. Notify management regarding any non-routine repairs or maintenance required for company vehicles, and ensure daily vehicle cleanup.

Accurately pull tires to fulfill orders and maintain proper stocking procedures. Assist in loading and unloading vehicles, and engage in facility maintenance, including housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities. Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity with customers, vendors, and colleagues at all times.

Efficiently follow both oral and written instructions, collaborating effectively with team members under time constraints.
