Job description:

Accurately fulfills customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties are essential, although additional responsibilities may be assigned. Provide exceptional customer service daily, surpassing standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Pull tires according to customer orders, load them into delivery vehicles, check deliveries for accuracy, and efficiently route them. Complete and return all necessary forms, handling invoices, transfers, and associated paperwork with precision. Unload deliveries, pull orders, and perform various warehouse duties when not engaged in deliveries.

Adhere to all safety regulations consistently, relay pertinent information to the manager promptly, and respond to customer inquiries politely, referring complex questions to the manager as needed. Ensure timely delivery of customer orders in a professional manner, making only assigned deliveries and calling the manager from the customer’s location as required. Depart the customer location promptly upon completion of the delivery, follow vehicle safety procedures diligently, and initial all cash invoices clearly. Understand cash handling protocols and complete return forms accurately and promptly.

Verify and complete invoices correctly, recording essential details on all documents and processing transfers accurately. Conduct weekly vehicle checks and perform routine maintenance as necessary, informing the manager of any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs. Clean company vehicles daily. Pull the correct tires to fulfill orders and maintain organized stock. Assist in loading and unloading vehicles.

Perform facility maintenance, including housekeeping duties. Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in all interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Follow oral and written instructions accurately and collaborate effectively with team members under time constraints. Maintain high-quality work standards with attention to detail while complying with company policies and attendance requirements. Actively seek and prepare for training opportunities, both internally and externally. Report to work punctually and as scheduled, adhering to policy guidelines.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
