SUMMARY
This role is pivotal in fulfilling customer requirements through the timely, efficient, and professional delivery of auto parts and tires.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, delivering exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also entail accurately pulling and loading tires based on customer orders, checking deliveries for accuracy, and efficiently routing them. It is essential to complete and return all necessary paperwork including invoices and transfers accurately.

In addition to delivery tasks, the role involves unloading deliveries, pulling orders, and performing various warehouse duties when not engaged in deliveries. Adherence to safety regulations is a must. Timely communication of pertinent information to management is also crucial. Customer inquiries should be responded to politely; if additional information is needed, referral to a manager is required. Deliveries must be executed promptly and in a professional manner, consistent with assigned routes.

The role also involves managing vehicle safety protocols, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed, and properly completing return forms. Invoicing accuracy is key, including the recording of all relevant information.
