Job description:
Provides exceptional customer service each day, consistently exceeding expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Efficiently loads orders into delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy in deliveries and optimal routing. Responsible for completing return forms and managing invoices, transfers, and associated paperwork accurately.

Engages in various warehouse duties when not actively making deliveries and ensures compliance with all safety regulations at all times, including vehicle safety procedures. Communicates relevant information to the manager promptly and addresses customer inquiries in a polite and courteous manner, escalating to the manager when necessary.

Delivers customer orders in a timely and professional manner, strictly adhering to assigned delivery routes. Maintains clear communication with the manager while on-site at customer locations. Accurately initials all cash invoices and follows proper cash handling procedures.

Records pertinent details on invoices, conducts daily vehicle inspections, and performs necessary routine maintenance checks. Notifies the manager regarding any non-routine repairs or maintenance required for company vehicles. Cleans the vehicle daily and upholds facility maintenance responsibilities, including housekeeping tasks.

Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and a proactive approach in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Efficiently follows oral and written instructions, works collaboratively under time constraints, and consistently produces quality work with attention to detail.
