In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This will be achieved by engaging with customers, embodying our customer service principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Additionally, you may be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store to meet the evolving needs of the business.

  • Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers
  • Foster a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring correct change is provided per established operating procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards
  • Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines
  • Participate in store recovery efforts as necessary throughout the day
  • Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor while contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store
  • Provide and welcome constructive feedback and recognition
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to store shrink reduction goals and initiatives
  • Engage in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a secure environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
