Job Description
Job Title: Dementia Care Aide
Company: Homestead
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, the hourly rate of $16 for a Dementia Care Aide in Canton, MI, is generally considered below the average industry standard. Typically, wages for similar positions often range from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific employer. Moreover, considering the increasing demand for dementia care services and the need for specialized training, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates in the area. Overall, the $16 per hour could be viewed as insufficient to reflect the skills and responsibilities required for this essential role.
