Shift Availability: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking
  • Administer medications and provide comprehensive, hands-on care for each resident
  • Maintain a clean environment, including light housekeeping tasks
  • Adhere to all safety and health standards, including infection control protocols
  • Monitor and assess changes in residents’ conditions and communicate findings promptly to a supervisor
  • Ensure accurate medication administration according to medical records
  • Follow established schedules and assist residents with repositioning as needed
  • Document medications and care procedures accurately
  • Utilize sound judgment in providing client care and ensuring safety
  • Support team members in their responsibilities
  • Complete all necessary documentation and charting
  • Respond to call lights and assess resident needs
  • Assist with meal trays and dining support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work every other weekend
