Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone inquiries and provide essential company information
- Perform clerical tasks, including memo-taking, file maintenance, and document organization
- Manage billing processes
- Supervise the front desk operations
- Collect and document patient information and health histories
- Prepare the work area for dental procedures
- Take x-rays of patients’ teeth as required and present results to the dentist
- Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures
- Prepare materials for crowns and dental impressions
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices
- Replenish treatment areas and manage inventory levels
