Job description:

Apply all phases of the intelligence cycle to support the Auto Theft Prevention Authority (ATPA). Conduct comprehensive and meticulous research, developing briefings, presentations, and other products tailored to meet customer needs. Disseminate intelligence to relevant stakeholders in accordance with established guidelines and protocols. Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships with analytical peers and law enforcement colleagues.

Required Education and Experience
Education: A bachelor’s degree in any major is required.
Experience:

  • Departmental Analyst 9: No specific experience required.
  • Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience.
  • Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate (10) level in state service.

Alternate Education and Experience
For Departmental Analyst 9 – P11 positions, completion of high school along with at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may substitute for the education requirement.
