Job description:

Pay Rate: $63.00 – $65.00/hr.

Summary:
We are an integral part of the Pharmacy, dedicated to serving 17 million patients and streamlining multiple workflows to ensure the timely delivery of prescribed medications. Our processes encompass automated transfers, walk-ins, fax, postal services, call centers, and autofill options. We design and maintain comprehensive validation procedures, including prescription validity checks, medication availability assessments, and insurance verification, culminating in the fulfillment of prescriptions, which involves bottle filling, payment processing, and patient release. We are seeking collaborative team members who are committed to fostering technical innovation, developing sustainable solutions, and ensuring reliable operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold and promote best practices in Full Stack engineering
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to refine the design and implementation of our products
• Partner with engineers from consumer teams to develop and deploy features
• Create a scalable framework for service development in line with company growth
• Monitor performance metrics, identify usability-related traffic drops, and address associated issues
• Review application and feature code, and coordinate future API upgrades with the development team
• Contribute to the development of applications and features for our website, mobile applications, and external client applications
• Stay informed of emerging technologies to enhance our solutions

Qualifications:

• Proficient in server-side development using Java and Spring Boot
• Extensive knowledge of front-end web development technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, and either Angular or React
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and Cassandra
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with the capability to perform effectively both in a team and independently
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver work with quick turnaround times

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. ranges from $63.00 to $65.00/hr. Final offer amounts will be based on your relevant skills, education, experience, and the benefits package you choose.
