Job Description
Job Title: Dietary Aide/Server
Company: Briarfield Health Care Centers
Location: Youngstown, OH
Pay: $11 – 11.25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11 – $11.25 for a Dietary Aide/Server in Youngstown, OH, is slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and location. In Ohio, wages for dietary aides can vary, but many positions offer rates closer to the mid-$12 range. Considering the cost of living in Youngstown is lower than the national average, this pay may be more acceptable locally, but it may not attract candidates looking for competitive salaries in healthcare or service industries. Overall, while it may meet local expectations, it appears less competitive compared to broader regional and national standards.
