Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Dining Associate to deliver exceptional service to our esteemed residents and guests at Fox Run Village. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficiency of the dining room and pantry, ensuring that our service reflects the core Mission, Vision, and Values of Erickson Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with seating staff to facilitate smooth operations, enabling servers and kitchen personnel to work effectively.
  • Assist with meal preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
  • Support residents in maintaining adequate nutritional intake.
  • Professionally handle telephone inquiries and follow up on requests.
  • Uphold sanitation standards in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.
  • Contribute to the training of wait staff.
