Job Description
Job Title: Dining Room Server- Mason Ohio
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $12 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $15 for a Dining Room Server in Mason, Ohio, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for this role within the region. According to industry standards, restaurant servers in Ohio can expect to earn a base wage that typically ranges from $14 to $20 per hour, with tips potentially boosting total earnings considerably higher. While factors such as the type of establishment, experience, and regional economic conditions can influence pay, this rate may be less competitive, particularly in light of rising living costs and wages in the food service industry as a whole. Thus, potential applicants may seek roles offering higher compensation or additional benefits elsewhere.
