Community First Solutions – Luxury Senior Living Facility (Montage Mason) is actively seeking Full-Time Dining Room Servers to enhance our team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and support across all facets of the Dining Services department at our Montage Mason location. Key responsibilities include delivering a five-star customer experience and ensuring a meticulous dining atmosphere for residents and guests, as well as maintaining operational cleanliness within the Dining Services Department.
Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, based on verified experience (non-negotiable).
Schedule:
Full-Time availability is required, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items for residents at the Westover, Berkeley Square, or Jamestowne dining locations.
- Efficiently prepare and deliver food trays using a rolling cart, which involves pouring beverages, arranging plates and condiments, checking food temperatures, and managing dirty trays.
- Welcome and engage with residents and guests in a friendly and positive manner.
- Adhere to recipes, special dietary requirements, portion controls, and menus as directed by dining leadership.
- Ensure all food items are correctly labeled and dated, in compliance with State Health Code standards.
- Conduct daily cleaning of kitchen appliances, dishwashers, trash containers, carts, trays, and surfaces to maintain sanitation.
- Restock kitchen supplies (cups, plates, etc.) as needed.
- Assist team members with food service and delivery for special events across various site locations.
- Properly dispose of packaging materials by breaking down boxes and recycling or discarding them appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.
- Able to pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
- Flexible scheduling is essential, with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
